Found Sound Records is one of Miami's best independent record stores, located at 1654 NE 123rd Street in North Miami. We opened in December 2019 in the NOMI arts district and have been a go-to Miami record store for vinyl lovers ever since.
We carry thousands of used vinyl records across every genre — jazz, rock, soul, funk, hip-hop, Latin, dance, international, and more. New arrivals hit the bins every week, with prices ranging from $2 bargain finds on the floor to rare and collectible pressings on the walls. If you're looking for a Miami record store worth digging through, come find us.

Music by rap79
rap79 is the owner of Found Sound Records and a Miami-based music producer. His releases range from beat collages and sample loops to collaborative cassette projects — all made from the same approach as the store: digging for sounds, trusting your instincts, and not worrying too much about what genre it ends up being.
Volume 2 in the Aural Graffiti series. Noise and such mostly sourced from the deepest darkest dredges of the chud archive — aka the garage overstock for Found Sound Records in North Miami.
18 beats and edits strung together because they kind of made sense. The first entry in what became the Aural Graffiti series. Physical cassette copies released alongside the digital.
Volume 1 in the Oddinhuman Music Tape Series. rap79 and Lumin (@oddinhuman) cross county lines over good weed, rare vinyl, and a love for lo-fi beats — each taking a 25-minute side of a cassette. Limited edition of 100 copies.
